Sharon Eva Barbe

Sharon Eva Barbe of South Mountain died at home on Dec. 26, 2002. She was 45.
She was wife of Dominique Barbe, whom she married on Jan. 25, 1975 in Ottawa. She was born on Sept. 17, 1957 in Cornwall to the late Raymond Mayhew and surviving Margaret Sparling.
She was a member of the United Church. She worked at Wouters Egg Farm and previously at Berry's Egg Farm.
She is survived by children Tracy and Jessica and grandson Nicholas. She was sister to Heather (Boyd), Roger (Teresa), Fay (John), Alan (Carmen), Cindy Landry (Mike) and Brenda (B.B.).
The funeral was at Byers Funeral Home chapel on Dec. 28 officiated by Rev. Mary Lou Shortill. Interment will be in the spring at South Gower Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Roger Mayhew, Alan Mayhew, Mike Landry, Albert Barbe, John Rondeau and John Thompson.
