Olive M. Forward
Olive M. Forward died at the Winchester District Memorial Hospital on Oct. 28, 2002 in her 85th year.
She was the loving wife of the late William Thomas Forward. She was born in Chesterville on Jan. 2, 1918 to Enos Merkley and Ella Mae Allison.
She was the dear mother of Thomas (Barbara) and Robert (Elaine) of Chesterville. She is survived by grandchildren Ryan, Jason, Rebecka and Vincent; and by sister Juanita Munro of Chesterville.
Mrs. Forward was predeceased by sisters Francis Merkley, Lois Young and Doris Merkley. She was a member of the UCW and a lifelong member of the Women's Institute.
She rested at the Chesteville Funeral Home on Oct. 29. Funeral service will be held at Trinity United Church in Chesterville on Oct. 30 at 11 am, to be followed by interment at the Maple Ridge Cemetery.
