Cecil Edward Harrison
Cecil Edward Harrison died peacefully on Thurs., May 30, 2002 at the Perley Rideau Veteran's Health Centre in his 84th year. He was the beloved husband of the late Isabella (nee White).
Mr. Harrison served for 27 years in the Royal Canadian Service Corp and earned the title of sergeant during this service. After leaving the army, he and Mrs. Harrison purchased and operated the Ormond General Store for several years. He was a man of many talents, the most recent being his ability to paint.
He leaves behind his family: JoAnne (Ron) Thomas, William (Catherine) and Donald (Louise); grandchildren Jim (Jennifer), Julie, Jason Thomas, Eric (Rebecca), Scott (Sonia), Alexander, Patrick and Elizabeth Harrison; and one great-grandson, Kellen Thomas.
Dear brother of Lucille Parks and the late Margaret Lain, Leslie, Stanley, Betty, Nora and Donald Harrison.
A memorial service was held at the Perley Rideau Veteran's Health Centre on Tues., June 4.
