Edward Alexander MacDonald

Edward Alexander MacDonald died at his home on Ault Island after a courageous battle with cancer on Wed., May 15, 2002.
He was the cherished husband and devoted companion of Jean (MacGillivray). He was the deeply loved father of Pamela (Daniel) Gardner of Ingleside and the late Dwight MacDonald. Devoted granddad of Kirsten Gardner, Gillian Gardner and Morgan Gardner, all of Ingleside, Tara MacDonald of Brockville and Devin MacDonald of Burlington. Dear great-granddad of Gardner, Lauren and Connor.
Predeceased by parents Kathleen Bolton and Edward MacDonald and sister Kathleen Quennville.
Mr. Macdonald worked as a consultant for pulp and paper. He was a member of the Morrisburg Pentecostal Tabernacle.
Funeral service was held on Fri., May 17 with Pastor Duncan Perry officiating. Private family interment at St. Lawrence Valley Cemetery, Long Sault.
Pallbearers were son-in-law Daniel Gardner, and grandchildren Kirsten Gardner, Gillian Gardner, Morgan Gardner, Tara MacDonald and Devin MacDonald.
