Beryl Lenora Young
Peacefully at home, surrounded by her family, on Mon., July 8, 2002, Beryl Lenora Young of Morrisburg died in her 63rd year.
Mrs. Young was the beloved wife of Carl Young of Morrisburg, whom she married at the Anglican Church in Prescott on Oct. 27, 1962.
Mrs. Young was the cherished mother of Patrick of Williamsburg, Jaqueline and Richard, both of Morrisburg. Dear grandmother of Justin of Morrisburg. Loving sister of Shirley (Tom) Newans of Prescott, Richard (Muriel) Taylor of Seeley's Bay, Jimmy (Linda) Taylor and Robert Taylor, both of Edmonton, and sister-in-law Karen Young of Victoria, B.C. She is sadly missed by numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by son Ralph (1970) and sister Darlene Baird.
Mrs. Young was born in Cowansville, Quebec on June 14, 1940. She was the daughter of the late Richard Leonard Taylor and Pearl Esther Stowe. Besides being a homemaker, she worked 28 years with the Red Cross.
A graveside memorial service was held at the New Dublin Cemetery, New Dublin on Sat., July 13 with Rev. Pat Martin officiating. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Winchester District Memorial Hospital would be gratefully acknowledged. Parker Funeral Home entrusted with arrangements.
