Karl Anderegg
The family of Karl Anderegg is saddened to announce his passing at the age of 73. He died on Feb. 10, 2003 at Winchester District Memorial Hospital, surrounded by his loving family.
He was the beloved husband and best friend of Margrit (nee Gadient) for 47 years. He will be greatly missed by his daughter Judith Anderegg and husband Danny Gibeault of Crysler; his daughter Esther Walliser and husband Max Rümbeli of Switzerland; his daughter Eva Cipriano and friend Jack Bucher of Switzerland; and his son Thomas and wife Sharon of Crysler.
He was loving and generous opa to Michi and Sandra of Switzerland; and Martina, Justin, Nigel, Liam and Sean of Crysler. He was great-grandfather to Philip and Emma of Crysler. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends, both in Canada and his other home, Switzerland.
Friends may pay their respects at the Chesterville Funeral Home on Feb. 14 from 7 to 9 pm. The service will take place at St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church on Feb. 15 at 11 am, with cremation following. An inurnment will take place at St. Mary's Cemetery in the spring.
