Arnold Hogaboam
Arnold Hogaboam of Winchester died at Winchester District Memorial Hospital on Dec. 30, 2003. He was 92.
He is survived by wife Elsie Eileen (nee Coons), whom he married in Winchester on Sept., 18, 1946.
He was born in the former Winchester Township on Jan. 20, 1911 to the late Frank Hogaboam and Grace (nee Baker).
He is survived by children Bill (Brenda) and Danny (Doris); grandchildren Rachel and Amber; and sister-in-law Edna (Don) Snider.
He was a self-employed farmer, and was a laborer for Ontario Hydro and the Village of Winchester. He was a member of Winchester Wesleyan Church.
The funeral was held at Winchester Wesleyan Church on Jan. 2 with Pastor Thurland Brown officiating. Interment was at Maple Ridge Cemetery.
Pallbearers were John Arnold, Doug Coons, Elwood Coons, Tom Clapp, Vince Zandbelt and Jerry Michalicka. Honorary pallbearer was Lyall Holmes.
