Glendon Wilson Jennings
Glendon Wilson Jennings of Inkerman died on May
16, 2003. He died in Winchester at the age of 65 following a long-term
illness.
He is survived by wife Sandra Arlene Cassidy, whom he married
at Winchester United Church on Aug. 7, 1964.
He was born in Winchester on May 5, 1938 to Annie Elsie (nee Thomas)
and the late Gerald Runalds Jennings. He worked for the Corps
of Commissionaires and was a security guard at Nestlé in
Chesterville. He lived in Inkerman for the previous 33 years.
He is survived by daughters Darlene (Andy) Wattie and Dawn (Allan)
Dumoulin; and sisters Joan (Allen) Larmour and Myrna (Henry) VanBeilen.
He will be remembered by grandsons Cassidy Wattie; and Clay, Connor
and Devon Dumoulin. He was predeceased by brothers Malcolm and
Melville.
The funeral was held at the Byers Funeral Home in South Mountain
on May 19, officiated by Rev. Blair Patterson and Rev. Melaney
Cassidy-Wise. Interment was at Maple Ridge Cemetery in Chesterville.
Pallbearers were Stewart Brothers, Garry Cassidy, Melbourne Cassidy,
Timothy Cassidy, Leonard McEvoy and Douglas Kelly.
