Lillian May Quart
Lillian May Quart of Winchester died on March 26, 2003 at Dundas Manor in Winchester. She was 86.
She was the wife of the late George Rae Quart, who died in 2002. She was born in Winchester on Oct. 19, 1916 to the late Hobart Avery Homes and Harriet Belle Watson.
She was a homemaker and housewife. She was a member of the Wesleyan Church.
Mrs. Quart is survived by children David (Carol), Richard (Marion), and Barbara Rawluk (Roy). She was grandmother of Mark, Bonnie, Glen and Cheryl; Tim, Mike and John; and Scott and Jessica.
She was sister of Ida Fulsom (Don), Helen Spearman, Edna McIntosh (Mahlon), Vivian Schultz (Ken), Stan (Hazel), Ray (Elsie) and Howard Kennedy. She was predeceased by Doris Kennedy and Reg.
The funeral was held at South Mountain in the Byers Funeral Home chapel on March 29, officiated by Rev. Thurland Brown. Interment was at Maple Ridge Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Allan Hutchinson, Ersol Homes, Don Fulsom, Roy Rawluk, Howard Kennedy and Glen Liscumb.
