Marion St. Pierre
Marion St. Pierre of Inkerman died at Winchester
District Memorial Hospital on Aug. 21, 2003. She was 77.
She was born in Crysler on Jan. 30, 1926, to the late Ranald Murphy
and Olive (nee Miller). She was a lifetime resident of the Inkerman
area.
She was predeceased by husband Keith St. Pierre, whom she married
on June 30, 1948 at Iroquois United Church. She worked as a homemaker.
She is survived by son Carson (Anne) of Inkerman, and sister Alice
Dennis of Brockville. She was predeceased by sister Stella Larabee
and brother Terry Murphy.
She was the loving grandmother of Karla, Willie, and David; and
great-grandmother of Travis, Jordan and Ashley. She is also survived
by nieces and nephews.
She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother,
who will be sadly missed by all who knew her. She enjoyed watching
equestrian competitions, horse racing, hockey and baseball on
TV.
Friends called at the Marsden and McLaughlin Funeral Home in Williamsburg
on Aug. 23-24. The funeral took place at the funeral home on Aug.
25, with Rev. Sandy Macpherson officiating. Interment was at Iroquois
Point Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Graham Houze, Keith Barkley, Adam Hill, Glen
Whitteker, David Lapier and Roger Tupper. Honorary pallbearers
were Leo St. Pierre, Duane St. Pierre, Ralph St. Pierre, Roy St.
Pierre and Bryce St. Pierre.
Donations to Winchester District Memorial Hospital or the Ottawa
Regional Cancer Centre would be appreciated by the family.
