Ann Lochead
Ann Lochead (nee Dalgleish) died peacefully in hospital with family by her side on May 27, 2004. She was 72.
The Winchester resident was a former resident of Manotick. She was the beloved wife of David Lochead for over 50 years. She was the much-loved mother of Bryan (Pat) of Ottawa; Ian (Anita) of Chilliwack, B.C.; Tracey Cain (Chris) of Sydenham; Barrie Tober (Jay) of Fonthill; and Carrie Hilborn (Scott) of Winchester.
She was the very special grandmother "gamma" of 18 grandchildren. She will also be fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews. She was a prominent member of the Manotick Kiwanis Club and a past president of the group.
Friends called at the Rideau Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes in Kars on May 31 before a memorial service later in the day.
