Margaret Elizabeth Thom

Margaret Elizabeth Thom passed away peacefully at Almonte Country Haven in Almonte on Aug. 6, 2004. She was 88.
She was the loving daughter of the late John Thom and Ethel Hughes. She will be sadly missed by her 10 nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers and sisters Evelyn, Florence, Ross, Earle, Wesley, Dorothy, Mary, and Frank.
Friends called at the Alan R. Barker Funeral Home in Carleton Place on Aug. 9. The funeral service was held in the chapel of the funeral home with Pastor Paul Benson officiating. Interment was at United Cemeteries.
