Carl Dawson
Carl Dawson of Winchester passed away peacefully at the Winchester District Memorial Hospital on March 15, 2005. He was 84.
He was the dear husband of Margaret (nee Larmer) for 58 years. He was the father of Jane (Clarence Watson), John (Mary), and Anne (Bob Townsend). He will be sadly missed by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, neighbors and friends.
The visitation was held at the Winchester Funeral Home on March 18. The funeral service was held in the chapel of the funeral home with Rev. Bob Williams officiating. Burial followed at Maple Ridge Cemetery in Chesterville. The pallbearers were Earl Garlough, Hugh Coons, Roger Larabie, Craig Dawson, Lindsey Stewart, and Hamilton Summers. Honorary pallbearers were Warren Jackson and Oscar Milne.
