Pauline Guinevere Froom
Pauline Guinevere Froom (nee Dakins) passed away on April 5, 2005 at the Ottawa General Hospital. She was 90.
She was the beloved wife of the late Arnold Froom. She was the loving mother of Doug (Heather) of Burlington, David of Ottawa, Carol Patterson (Ford) of Edwards, and Robert (Diana Carter) of Ottawa. She was the loving grandmother of Tania, Kimberley Froom, Robert D. Froom, Wendy (Thom Fuller), Dean Patterson (Heather), Krista Patterson, and David, Stephen and Katie Froom. She was great-grandmother to Jason, David, Candace, Vanessa and Dakota Jewett; Megan and Emma Fuller; and Caileigh and Piper Patterson. She was the dear sister of Douglas (late Kathy) and Jean (Fred Thompson) and the late Gordon.
The family wishes to extend thanks to the staff of the Township of Osgoode Care Centre.
Family and friends were invited to pay their respects at the Duncan Funeral Home on Thursday. The funeral service was held in the Chapel of the funeral home on Friday. There will be a spring interment at Shanly Cemetery in Shanly, Ontario.
In lieu of flowers, donations made to the C.N.I.B. (deafblind services) would be greatly appreciated by the family.
