Rita Moran
Rita Moran (nee Despault) passed away suddenly at the Woodland's Villa in Long Sault on Jan. 5, 2005. She was 76.
She was the beloved wife of Len Moran of Chesterville. She was the cherished mother of Denis (Chris) Page of Oakville, Lise (Cliff Steinburg) of Morrisburg, and stepdaughter Lorna Kilby and family of Chesterville. She will be sadly missed by grandchildren Sheryl (Alain Cayer), Shawn Steinburg, Jason (Laura) Page, Matt Page and Laura Pagé; and great-grandchildren Marie-France Cayer, Gabrielle Cayer, Natassja Cayer, and Karine Cayer. She will be sadly missed by her sisters and brothers, as well as many other relatives and friends.
The visitation was held at the Chesterville Funeral Home on Jan. 7. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Jan. 8 at St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church in Chesterville, followed by cremation.
In lieu of flowers, donations to either Winchester District Memorial Hospital, the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario, or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
