Roberta Agnes Page 'Bobbie' of RR3 Mountain passed away at home on March 10, 2005. She was 79.
She was predeceased by husband Roy Page whom she married in Montreal in 1942. She is survived by companion Harold Boyce. She is also survived by children Alan (Lise), and Lynda (Marc) St. Onge. She was sister of Douglas Stephen Cheeseman. She is also survived by grandchildren Tracy (Richard), Trevor (Heather), Julie (René), Graham (Susie), and Andrew; and by great-grandchildren Shane, Corey, Amanda, Samantha, Emily and Faith. She will be sadly missed by the Boyce family.
She was born on June 28, 1925 to the late Royal Edward Robertson and Alice May Travis. She was a member of the Anglican Church. She was a past employee of Eatons where she was a retail sales manager.
The funeral was held at South Mountain United Church on March 14 with Rev. Brian Kauk and Rev. Blair Paterson officiating. Interment followed at Capital Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers were Mountain and District Lions Club members Robert McMonomy, Robert Fraser, Doug Willis, Robert Weagant, Ralph Spear and Terry Foley.
Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Byers Funeral Home in South Mountain.
