David Patterson
David Patterson passed away peacefully at the Winchester District Memorial Hospital on April 12, 2005. He was 80.
He was the loving husband of Willow (Summers) Patterson of Winchester. He was predeceased by first wife Katherine Gannon. He was the dear father of John (Rose) of Iroquois, Carol (Bill) Litwiller of Hamilton, Patricia (Dan) Dodds of Hanover, and Terri (Rick) Van Haren of Brinston. He was step-father of James (Julie) Rae of Brinston, and Karen (Doug) Froats of Winchester. He is survived by 15 grandchildren; mother-in-law Pearl Summers; and sisters-in-law Clare Ann and Kathryn. He was brother of Douglas, Ronald, Neil, Ben, Lois, Esther and Janet. He was predeceased by sister Marjorie and brothers Raymond, Bruce and Eldon.
He rested at the Winchester Funeral Home where family received friends on April 14 and April 15. The funeral service was held in the chapel of the funeral home on April 15, followed by interment at Maple Ridge Cemetery in Chesterville.
