Pauline Isabell Sears
Unexpectedly on Sept. 8, 2005 at Winchester District Memorial Hospital at the age of 86 years.
She was the beloved wife of the late Clarence Sears. She was the dear sister of Kenneth Kirkwood and Dorothy Blair. She was the loving aunt of Carolyn (Ray) Mason, Cardinal; Owen (Bev) Shortt, Winchester; Conrad (Marguerite) Shortt, Newmarket; and Corinne (Rick) Sayeau, Cardinal, and numerous more nieces and nephews. Pauline is predeceased by her brother and sisters: Lula Armstrong, Willie (Aleitha Kirkwood), Vera Casselman and Audrey Shortt.
Friends were received at the Winchester Funeral Home on Sept. 11. The funeral service was held in the chapel on Sept. 12 at 11 am with Rev. MaryLou Shortill officiating. Interment followed at Maple Ridge Cemetery in Chesterville. The pallbearers were nephews Steve Kirkwood, Greg Kirkwood, Peter Kirkwood and Garry Kirkwood and neighbor David Timmins.
In memory of Pauline, donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or to the Winchester District Memorial Hospital.
