Beverly Anne Thomas
Beverly Anne Thomas passed away peacefully, with her family by
her side, at Winchester District Memorial Hospital on Nov. 20,
2005. She was 60.
She was predeceased by her husband Keith Thomas. She was the cherished
mother of Jeff, (Marilyn Hill) of Iroquois, Debbie (Dave Smith)
of Winchester, and Chris (Nikki) of Ottawa. She was the loving
gramma of Taviah, Tate, Tyler, and Amber. She will be missed by
her sisters Donna (Wayne Cryderman) of Greely and Marilyn (the
late Ken Geis) of Orleans, and by her close friend Cheryl and
her family.
A private family service, led by Pastor Archie Robertson, was
held in the chapel of the Winchester Funeral Home on Nov. 22.
Interment followed at Maple Ridge Cemetery in Chesterville. The
pallbearers were Jeff Thomas, Chris Thomas, David Smith, Wayne
Cryderman, Daryl Hay, and Dwayne Hay. Honorary pallbearers were
Tate Smith and Tyler Thomas
Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Liver Association
or the Kingston General Hospital Cancer Clinic.
We would like to thank our families, friends and neighbors at
this dark time in our lives for the phone calls, cards, food donations,
and memorial gifts. A special thank you to Andy's Foodland for
their kindness and compassion, to Dr. D.T. Flowers for all his
words of encouragement throughout mom's illness, and to the nursing
staff in the ICU and the second floor for their understanding
and care during mom's struggle. Thanks also to Bayshore Homecare,
especially Linda.
