Della Thomas
Della Thomas (nee Simser) passed away peacefully at Dundas Manor on Jan. 31, 2005. She was 95.
She was the loving wife of the late Orvil Thomas. She was dear mother of Geraldine Knapp (Arthur) of Winchester, Ethel Kube of Kemptville and Cecil Thomas of Winchester. She was is survived by sister Olive Beaudoin of Mountain. She was predeceased by sons Kenneth, Russell and Keith. She will be sadly missed by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She rested at the Winchester Funeral Home where family received friends on Feb. 3 and 4, followed by the service in the chapel of the funeral home on Feb. 4 with Rev. Bob Williams officiating. Interment at Maple Ridge Cemetery in Chesterville.
Pallbearers were Allen Knapp, Steven Knapp, Marcel Roy, Bob Roy, Carl Thomas and Bradley Nuttley.
