Cora Elizabeth Mack
Cora Elizabeth Mack (nee Smith) passed away on June 11, 2006
at St. Lawrence Lodge in Brockville. She was 99.
She was born on May 27, 1907 in Sherbrooke, Que., to the late
Ingram Smith and the late Annis Beattie. She was predeceased by
her husband Rev. Willis D. Mack whom she married in Edmonton,
Alt. She was the mother of the late Lenora Barkley (Bruce), Russell
(Joan) Mack, Gordon (Maxine) Mack, Norma (Ray) McFadden, Ron (Fran)
Mack, and Rev. Larry (Carolyn) Mack. She was grandmother to 15
grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren, and was predeceased
by a grandson Frankie Mack. She was the sister of Warren (Joyce)
Smith of Edmonton, and was predeceased by Cecil (Esther) Smith,
Harold Smith, and Edna (John) Rendall.
Formerly of Winchester, she was a housewife and homemaker. She
was a member of the Inkerman Wesleyan Church.
The funeral was held at the Inkerman Wesleyan Church on June 14
with Pastor Anita Goulet officiating, followed by interment at
Knights Cemetery.
The pallbearers were grandsons Terry, Cameron, Steve, Aaron, Jeff
and Dallas, and honorary pallbearers were grandchildren Greg,
Jason, Tim, Dan, Linda, Judy, Kim, and Leeanne.
