Cindy Marilyn Cochrane

Cindy Marilyn Cochrane (nee Kerr) of Russell passed away at home with her family by her side on Sun., Dec. 9, 2007 after a brave battle with cancer. She was 45.
She was the loving wife of 23 years and best friend to Kevin. She was the loving and amazing mother to John and Erika. She was the adored daughter of Gordon and Marilyn Kerr of Brockville, and daughter in-law of Marion Cochrane and Floyd (Betty) Cochrane of Russell. She was the beloved granddaughter of Jean Kerr Koontz (Carl) of Prescott. She was the dear sister to Debra (Greg) of Brockville, Bobbie of Brockville, Tammie of Russell, and Chris (Tammi) of Brockville. She was the sister-in-law to Barry and Valerie, Bryan and Laurie, and Paul all of Russell. She was a special aunt to 15 and great-aunt to four.
Cindy will be fondly remembered by all the friends and customers of Cochrane's Dairy. All of Cindy's friends were truly blessed to have her in their lives.
Visitation will be held at the Daley Family Funeral Home, 6971 Bank Street in Metcalfe on Thurs., Dec. 13 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm, and Fri., Dec. 14 from 12 to 1:45 pm. The service will follow at 2 pm.
Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or Winchester District Memorial Hospital would be appreciated.
The family would like to thank Dr. Gerry Heymans for the care and kindness he gave to Cindy and the whole family and also the St. Elizabeth Palliative Care team. It was Cindy's wish to be at home and they helped make that happen.
