James Robert Dawson

James Robert "Bob" Dawson of Inkerman passed away at home on Sat., Oct. 11, 2008. He was 74.
He was born on March 9, 1934 in Winchester to the late Byron and Hazel (nee Garvock) Dawson. He was the husband of Carolyn Dawson (nee Guy), whom he married in Ottawa in 1954. He was the father of Glenn (Karen), Andy (Debbie), and Jennifer Row (Chris). He is survived by grandchildren Jonas, Spencer, Jared, Nancy, and step-granddaughters Theresa, Tammy, and Wendy. He was the brother of Marilyn (Charlie), Peter (Cécile), Betty-Lou (Bill), Deanna (Reg), and Terry (Joyce), the late Helen and the late Jack. He will be sadly missed by the Guy family.
The funeral was held on Tues., Oct. 14 in the chapel of the Byers Funeral Home in South Mountain with Rev. Blair Paterson officiating, followed by interment at Knights Cemetery.
