Russell Preston

Russell Preston passed away in hospital on Sun., July 27, 2008. He was 65.
He was the loving husband of Arlene (Hooge). He was the dear father of Kimberley (John Pilon), and Shaun (Janice Johnston). He was the grandfather of Ashley, Steven, Zachary, and Tyler. He was the brother of Lawrence (Louise), Faye (Bob McMullen), Gerald (Judy), Harry, Gladys (Brent Symonds), Shirley (Barry Todd), Brian, Betty (Mike Rawlee), Rita (Laurie), Evelyn, and Richard (Margaret). He was predeceased by his parents Earl and Violet (Morrison), and sister May (the late Hilliard Green).
Family and friends paid their respects at the Daley Family Funeral Home in Metcalfe on Wed., July 30. A Memorial Service was held on Thurs., July 31 in the chapel of the funeral home, followed by inurnment at Springhill Cemetery. The pallbearers were his grandchildren.
Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Diabetes Association would be most appreciated.
