Barbara Ruth Elinore Smith

Barbara Ruth Elinore Smith of Winchester, formerly of Morrisburg, passed away peacefully at Dundas Manor Nursing Home on Tues., Nov. 11, 2008. She was 70.
She was the loving sister of Carmen (Ruth) Langabeer of Finch and Edward Langabeer of Cornwall. She was the cherished sister-in-law of Ann Langabeer of Winchester, Grace Langabeer, and Evelyn (Wally) Hunter, all of Morrisburg. She was predeceased by her husband William "Harold" Smith (1999), an infant baby Rosemarie Joy (1964), her parents William (Walter) Langabeer and Marian Ruth (nee Reddick), and her brothers Jim (Dec. 23, 2002) and Bill Langabeer (Dec. 28, 2004).
A graveside memorial service was held at the Kemptville Union Cemetery on Fri., Nov. 21 with Rev. Floyd McPhee of St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church in Chesterville officiating.
Memorial donations to the Dundas Manor Activity Fund would be gratefully acknowledged.
The funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Parker Funeral Home in Morrisburg.
