Dorothy Dillabaugh

Dorothy Letitia Dillabaugh (nee Simzer), passed way at the Kemptville District Hospital on Sun., March 29, 2009 surrounded by family. She was 75.
She was predeceased by her parents, Benjamin and Violet Simzer (nee Morris). She was the beloved wife of Dalton Dillabaugh. She was the loving mother of Raymond (Wanda), Reta Sloan (Murray), Paul (Lynn), and Perry (Jackie), and was predeceased by an infant daughter Susan. She was the cherished grandmother of Kyla Dillabaugh, Amy Ryan (Adam), Cory Sloan, Melissa Winsor, Craig Sloan (Melanie), Jilian, Vanessa, Paul, Rudie and Britton Dillabaugh. She was the great-grandmother to Kolton Winsor. She was the sister of Doreen Workman, and Muriel MacDonald. She was predeceased by her sisters, Florence Cowie and Reta Baldry. She will be sadly missed by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held at the Grant Brown Funeral Home Rolston Chapel in Kemptville on Tues., March 31. The funeral service will be held at St. Andrew's United Church in Heckston on Wed., April 1 at 11 am followed by interment at South Gower Cemetery.
