Wilbert (Wib) Foster

Wib Foster passed away peacefully at his home with family by his side on Fri., Jan. 23, 2009. He was 92.
He was the beloved husband of the late Maud (Irvine), and the dearly loved father of Gail (Larry) Trohon, and Linda Foster (Dennis Tremblay). He was the cherished grandfather of Bonnie (Rob) Picco, Jamie Jordan (Lori), David (Julie) Trohon, and Brenda Trohon. He was the proud great-grandfather of Ryan, Jeff, Terrance, Rebecca, Tyler, and Emily. He was predeceased by sisters Bertha Foster, and Hilda Rohn, and brother Ernest Foster.
Family and friends paid their respects at the Daniels Funeral Chapels in Winchester on Mon., Jan. 26 until service time in the chapel. After the service, a reception was held at the Winchester United Church, followed by interment at Capital Memorial Gardens in Ottawa.
