Beulah Holmes

Beulah Holmes (nee Burleigh) passed away at the Dundas Manor on Wed., Jan. 21, 2009. She was 97.
She was the dear wife of the late James Holmes, and the loving mother of Garry (Joyce) of Fonthill, and Bethel (David) Douglas of Inkerman. She was the dear grandmother of Andrew, Alana (Lennie), and Charles (Maryellen) Holmes; Stephanie (Terry) Bronkhorst; and Philip (Penny) Douglas. She was the darling great-grandmother of Hunter, Owen and Cole Holmes; and Christie Douglas. She will be missed by her sister-in-law Ada McRoberts. She was predeceased by her brother Welzie Burleigh, her sister Velma Kemp, and her sister-in-law Pearl Levere.
The funeral service was held on Sat., Jan. 24 in the chapel of the Winchester Funeral Home followed by interment at Maple Ridge Cemetery in Chesterville.
