Lillian Irene Marcellus

Lillian Irene Marcellus (nee Ouderkirk) of Winchester passed away peacefully at the Woodland Villa on Thurs., March 5, 2009. She was 87.
She was the beloved wife of the late Dwight Marcellus and the loving mom of Dale (Jeannine) and Sharyn Summers. She was the cherished grandma of Kevin (Lydia) Summers, Shelley Summers, Donnie (Sharon) Marcellus, Todd (Melissa) Marcellus, and great-grandchildren Shawn and Jessica Summers; Brandon Lovely; Carter, Mason, Hannah, Ally, and Nolan Marcellus.
By Irene's request, there was no visitation, and she was cremated.
A memorial service was held in the chapel at the Byers Funeral Home in South Mountain on Sat. March 7 followed by interment at Maple Ridge Cemetery in Chesterville.
By family request, donations may be made to the Arthritis Society or the Canadian Cancer Society.
