Chris Beer
It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of Chris Beer at age 42 on Sat., July 3, 2010.
Chris was a kind, considerate, and gentle man who was an accomplished runner and triathlete, goalie, woodworker, and lover of nature and music.
He was a wonderful and loving partner to Terri-Lee. He was the beloved son to Jack and Barbara Beer, grandson to Sophia Nee, brother to David, Donald, and Ken Beer. He was the uncle to Aubrey, Nicole, and Daniel, and nephew to his many aunts and uncles. Chris was also a gentle and caring companion to Maggie, his cat.
He was a true friend and respected colleague to many, always willing to lend a helping hand. Our world will never be the same without Chris and he will be missed terribly.
A service will be held on Thurs., July 8 at 2 pm at the Daniels Funeral Chapels Inc. in Winchester. A sharing of memories will take place at the Morewood Community Centre following the service.
In memoriam donations can be made to the Children's Wish Foundation, or the Wild Bird Care Centre in Ottawa.
