Max Boyd, formerly of Winchester, passed away suddenly at home on Wed., Aug. 4, 2010, in his 86th year.
He was the beloved husband of Sunny (Joyce). He was the much loved Dad of Susan Meloche (Brian), Jeff (Trudy), Kim Meloche (Paul), and was predeceased by John (Patti). He was the cherished Grandpa of Jonathan, Jesse, and Jaime Boyd; Ashley and Shaelah Boyd; Alison, B.J., and Meredith Meloche; and 12 great-grandchildren. He is survived by his siblings Edrie Joule (the late Harry), and Ed Boyd (the late Marg).
By Max's request, cremation has taken place. Friends called at the Winchester United Church on Mon., Aug. 9 from 12 to 2 pm followed by a Celebration of Life at 2 pm.
By family request, donations may be made to the Winchester District Memorial Hospital or the Dundas County Food Bank.
