Geraldine Frances Collins

Geraldine Frances Collins (nee Acres) of Pembroke passed away in the Pembroke Regional Hospital on Sat., March 20, 2010 in her 85th year.
Geraldine was the beloved wife of the late Irvin Collins. She was the dear mother of Glenn (Pam) of Pembroke, and Nancy Reichmuth (Dominik) of Switzerland. She was the grandmother of Nick (Sara), Erik, Casey, and Curtis and the great-grandmother of Madison. She was the sister of Betty Holmes of Winchester. She was predeceased by Lorne, Lillian, Doug, and infant brother Bernard Ross. She is survived by sister-in-law Beulah Collins of Foresters Falls, and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial visitation will be held at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Tues., March 30 from 12 noon to 1:45 pm, followed by the service in Calvin United Church at 2 pm. A reception will follow the service in the fellowship hall. Interment of ashes will be at Beachburg Union Cemetery.
