June Dorothy Hoy

June Hoy (nee Bell) of Kemptville, and formerly of Hallville, passed away in hospital on Sun., March 7, 2010. She was 81.
She was the beloved wife of the late Sherman Hoy. She was the dear mother of Allan (Ruth Bond) of Hallville, and Carolynn Hoy of Calgary. She was the dear sister of Joan Ponting of Ottawa. She is survived by her brother-in-law Orton Hoy (Frances) of Westlock, Alta., and by sisters-in-law Mildred Hyndman of Kemptville, Hilda Weedmark of Burritt's Rapids, and Greta Hoy of Brockville. She was predeceased by four brothers, Lester (Mary), George "Sam" (Audrey), Orland "Steve" (Evelyn), and Ralph; by three sisters, Clara "Betty" Baker (Jim Sr.), Maxime "Peg" Baldwin (Dwight), and Jean Volks (Clifford); one brother-in-law, Jack Ponting; and one son-in-law, Robert Paget.
Visitation was held at Grant Brown Funeral Home, Rolston Chapel in Kemptville on Wed., March 10 followed by the funeral service in the chapel of the funeral home. Spring interment will be held at South Gower Cemetery.
