Beverly Jean MacMartin

Bev MacMartin (nee Acres) formerly of Winchester, passed away peacefully at the Ottawa General Hospital on Fri., March 19, 2010, in her 80th year.
She was the beloved Mom of Margo, Dan, Laurie Cameron (Rod), and Amber. She was the cherished grandma of Stacey, Melissa, Zackery, Montana, and great-grandchildren Miah and Bly. She was the loving sister of the late Vyvienne Johnston (Don), Don (Fran), and Dwayne (Laura).
A memorial service to celebrate Bev's life will be held at Winchester United Church today (Wed., March 24) at 3 pm. Friends may meet prior to the service from 2 pm. Interment will be held in the spring at Springhill Cemetery in Metcalfe.
By family request, donations may be made to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
The arrangements were entrusted to the Byers Funeral Home in South Mountain.
