Robinson and Katie MacMillan. She was the much loved and devoted
grandmother of Randy MacMillan, Ricky MacMillan, Kathy Chinery

Gillard (Danielle), Danny Gillard, and Donna Markell (David).

She married and had two children, and lived on a dairy farm in
the Melvin Settlement east of Winchester. She worked at National
Defence in Ottawa. After her retirement in 1977 she moved to Ingleside
to be close to family and back to where she was raised. Her hobbies
were sewing, cooking and baking, crocheting, flowers, gardening,
visiting and helping family members, senior citizens dinners,
and crossword puzzles doing them until three days prior
to her death. She drove her car until Oct. 2009. Family was everything
in her life. She was loving, kind and caring, and was respected
by all who knew her.
Visitation was held at the Brownlee Funeral Home, MacDougal Chapel
and Reception Centre in Ingleside. A service in celebration of
Olive's life was held in the chapel of the funeral home on Thurs.,
Feb. 4 with Rev. Lois Gaudet officiating. Interment will be held
in the spring at Maple Ridge Cemetery in Chesterville.
As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to the Winchester
District Memorial Hospital or the Heart and Stroke Foundation
