Kenneth Alexander "Wally" Orton died peacefully on Fri., July 30, 2010 at the Ottawa General Hospital after a short, but valiant, fight against cancer. He was 89.
He was the beloved father of Janet (Gordon) and John (Heather). He was the cherished and devoted grandfather of Ashley, Andrew (Christina), and Holly. He was the dear brother of Doris Gorman, Donald (Denise), and John. He will be fondly remembered by brother-in-law Thomas (Barbara), sister-in-law Barbara, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was the dear friend of Milton and Marilyn Swim and family.
He was respected by all whose lives he touched and his loving spirit will live on in our hearts forever.
A special thanks to Dr. Regnier and the nursing staff of the Ottawa General 6W for the professional and compassionate care provided to Kenneth and family.
At his specific request, no funeral service will be conducted.
